The site is halfway down a steep road that turns from an intersection, opposite the park and surrounded by greenery; can slowly backward, with elevation difference from 1.5m.

The building is designed for a family of four - three generations, with the main bedroom being centrally located, covering most of the common space and observing his room on the ground floor.

Slope is the concept we exploit in this project.

The house is divided into two vertical sections, accessible by two separate stairs. The front staircase is for common space, from the garage to the living room. The back staircase is for family space, where all members will pass by to visit him every time they come home, before leading from here to other spaces.

This staircase is processed so that the starting and ending steps of a ladder are in the same position on the plan, allowing more space for the stratosphere. The result is a flexible structure that emphasizes the "inclined" bearing and is the highlight that connects the entire building.

The layout plan "difference of floors" exploits the elevation difference of the current slope, forming a space of courtyards - open gardens, a playground for children, or for family gatherings on the anniversary of the death anniversary. , Tet.

The "inclination" dimension is also used when organizing architectural shapes. Instead of a block of townhouses with a vertical three-storey scale, the design pushes the upper functional block backwards, combined with a tiled roof set. This procedure is intended to reduce overall weight when viewed from the facade. Through the gate, gradually going inside, the top floor will disappear, the building will return to the ground-floor ratio, creating a more friendly feeling for people to approach.
